We hear a lot of conversation about self-care these days, and at Calming Hands Massage and Wellness, we’re all for scheduling a massage to promote well-being.
But the reality is life can be hectic. Taking time out to care for ourselves may be difficult, so our self-care practices must be realistic for our daily lives. Self-care can be simple acts that allow us to reconnect with ourselves and stay balanced.
