Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 35.00. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. These fees must be paid before the client is rescheduled. If you are late we reserve the right to reduce the time of your service. You will be charged for the service you booked not the reduced service time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
